WHAT IS CHILLI CRISP?
Chilli oil
with added crunch.
Chilli crisp combines chilli oil with crunchy pieces that you spoon onto your food together. It adds both flavour and texture. We developed the TINK recipe in our own kitchen and make it in small batches.
Extra virgin olive oil is the base. Garlic, onion and spices bring the aroma, while chilli flakes and gochugaru add heat. Start with a small spoonful, taste and add more if you like.

with chilli crisp?
Spoon up both the oil and the crunchy pieces and add them to your finished dish. Here are a few ways to try it:
Eggs and avocado toast
Spoon it over eggs or avocado on sourdough.
Bowls, rice and noodles
Stir it into noodles or add a spoonful on top of a bowl.
Vegetables, meat and fish
Serve it with roasted vegetables, tofu, meat or fish.
Pizza and soup
Add a little chilli oil to a freshly baked pizza or a bowl of soup.
